Kimberly Bradley, MS, LOTR, BCP
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Board Certified in Pediatrics
Owner 

Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Occupational Therapy in 2001, and her post-graduate Masters of Science in Health Care Management from the University of New Orleans in 2007. She became Board Certified in Pediatrics in 2021.

Kimberly is S.I.P.T. (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) certified and has completed the Level 1 mentorship program at the STAR center, where she studied under Lucy Jane Miller, Ph.D.

Kimberly is certified in Therapeutic Listening, iLs, Unyte-iLs”s Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), SOS® Approach to Feeding, and Handwriting Without Tears. She has completed extensive coursework in Sensory Processing Disorder and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children with these difficulties, working closely with the client, families, teachers, and other professionals. She also enjoys assisting the family in designing and finding the most effective sensory equipment for the child in the home. Kimberly is also trained in TOTs (tethered oral tissue) treatment protocols for pre and post op surgery for tongue and lip ties.

Kimberly specializes in treating children with fine motor coordination deficits and functional writing difficulties. She takes pride in her treatment planning which involves ongoing parent and teacher training, education, and consultation.

Throughout the years, Kimberly has provided expertise via presentations on various topics to many organizations, schools, and parent groups and was a contributing writer to NOLA Family Magazine.

Kimberly has been an active volunteer with the Visiting Pet Program since 2001 and Pet Partners since 2023. She participates in regular visits to Children’s Hospital, Magnolia School, and the Louis Armstrong International Airport with her British Labs, Nara and Ducky. She and her pups also participate in monthly literacy programs, Reading to Rover, at the East Bank Jefferson Parish Library. She is also involved with the Hogs for the Cause and the Louisiana SPCA, Take Paw Rescue, and has volunteered with SBP (St. Bernard Project) rebuilding homes after Hurricane Ida in the Houma area. She is also involved with th USVSD (United States Veterans Service Dogs) where she assists with training and raising service dogs and fosters breeder dogs for the program. In addition, St. Michael’s Special School holds a dear place in her heart, where she volunteers at the annual basketball and baseball tournaments.

In her spare time, she loves spending time outside with her dogs, bike riding and walking on the lake, reading, being with her friends and family, cooking anything that takes a long time and can feed many, and spending time with her two sweet nephews, Jett and Jensen.

Elizabeth Carter, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Elizabeth was born in Statesville, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She moved to Columbia, South Carolina where she received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir Rhyne University.

She spent 3 years working at the Children’s Hospital Outpatient Clinic in Columbia where she gained experience treating a variety of diagnoses in children from birth to 15 years old. Elizabeth’s husband was then stationed in Watertown, New York where she had the opportunity to provide OT services in homes, daycares, and preschools.

Elizabeth enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, and their labradoodle! She is very excited for their move to New Orleans and to join the Kim4Kids family!

Kristi Wells, DPT
Physical Therapy

Kristi, a New Orleans native, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from LSU in 2010 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, San Diego, in 2014. Her move to California ignited a love for travel, leading her to live in four different states before returning to her hometown.
With over a decade of experience in physical therapy, Kristi has worked with a diverse patient population, ranging from young adolescents to older adults. She is certified in pelvic health rehabilitation, specializing in postpartum care, and has honed her skills in treating a wide variety of conditions, from sports-related injuries to mobility challenges.
Kristi’s passion for pediatric therapy grew after becoming a mother. She is dedicated to helping children thrive both in and out of the classroom. As a certified yoga instructor, she integrates mindfulness and calm into her therapy sessions.
Outside of work, Kristi is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys weightlifting. She loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, whether it’s exploring farmers’ markets, attending music festivals, or visiting the beach.

Mary Becnel, MOT, LOTR
Pediatric Occupational Therapist 

Mary was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University in 2012. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of New Orleans.

Mary has experience working with clients across the life span in a variety of hospital and outpatient settings, but has found her passion working in pediatrics. Mary has been a part of the Kim4Kids team since 2019. She enjoys making therapy fun and functional in order to help children achieve their fullest potential.

Mary has taken additional coursework in childhood development, executive functioning, aquatic therapy, primitive reflex integration, feeding, neurodevelopmental treatment, sensory processing and the Size Matters Handwriting program. She is certified in pediatric kinesiology taping.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Erica Rodriguez, COTA/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant 

Erica was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She graduated from Delgado Community College in 2023 with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant. After working as a Graphic Designer for over 15 years, she felt a pull in a different direction and found her passion for helping children while substitute teaching for a variety of public and private schools. She earned her ParaProfessional Certification in 2016 which led her to an interest in Occupational Therapy.

Her experiences have given Erica the opportunities to work with a variety of clients in acute care, neurorehabilitation, skilled nursing, long term care and pediatric community outreach. Erica is looking forward to further helping the pediatric community and their families.

Erica is a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. In her free time she likes to travel, tent camp and spend time in nature with her family and friends. She enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, DIY projects, crafting and arts of all mediums.

Kailey Loetzerich, MOT, LOTR
Pediatric Occupational Therapist 

Kailey was born and raised in Terrytown, LA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Holy Cross in 2020 and went on to receive her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of New Orleans. Her clinical rotations and fieldwork experiences allowed her to gain knowledge working with both adults and children in the outpatient setting. During her training, she has developed specialized skills to aid in the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injuries, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and much more.

During her high school and college years, Kailey worked as a preschool teacher, which is where her passion for working with the pediatric population began. She was able to help children enhance their social and school readiness skills during this time, and knew she wanted a career where she could continue to do so. She enjoys collaborating with families and working with children in fun and creative ways to maximize their independence.

In her free time, Kailey enjoys reading books, going to the beach, playing with her puppy, and spending time with family, especially her sweet nieces and nephews.

Deairea “D” Marchand, LOTR
Pediatric Occupational Therapist 

D received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Occupational Therapy in 2001. She spent most of her time working with the adult neuro population, which included several years at the acclaimed Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (“BIR”) in Dallas, TX. At BIR, she was a team member, supervisor and mentor on the stroke team.

Her love for the pediatric population was sparked after her own son was diagnosed with a sensory processing disorder. She saw him thrive in therapy and decided to dedicate her talent and creativity to helping other children and their families. Her continuing education over the past several years has focused on the pediatric population including executive functioning, reflex integration and sensory integration.

Prior to the pandemic, D worked part time at a private school on the north shore where she provided therapy to students, assessed the need for adaptive equipment, educated caregivers, and supported teachers and staff through in-services.

D is married to her incredibly supportive husband, Gary, and is the proud mother of two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with close friends and family. She has an insatiable wanderlust and enjoys the arts, especially the theater.

Sabrina Boyd, MOT, LOTR
Pediatric Occupational Therapist 

Sabrina was raised in Belle Chasse, LA. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2021 receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She will soon earn her Master of Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of New Orleans in May 2024. 

Her fieldwork experiences in adult inpatient rehabilitation and in the Jefferson Parish Public School System have allowed her to gain experience working with and providing treatment to a variety of age groups. During these fieldworks, Sabrina also gained experience communicating with various team members to enhance patient care and student progress.

Sabrina has had a passion for working with children ever since her first high school job working in childcare. Her passion for pediatric occupational therapy began in her undergraduate career when she worked at St. Lillian’s Academy and volunteered at McMains Children’s Developmental Center. Through these early experiences, Sabrina gained knowledge about working with children with a variety of learning, developmental, and/or communication challenges. 

Sabrina is eager to begin her journey as a pediatric occupational therapist at Kim4Kids. She looks forward to working closely with children and their families to deliver individualized and specialized care to support each child’s specific needs.

On her free time Sabrina enjoys running, biking, crocheting, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
