Pediatric Physical Therapy

At Kim4Kids, our Pediatric Physical Therapy services support children in building strength, coordination, and confidence to move through the world with ease and joy. Whether your child is learning to walk, improving their balance, or recovering from an injury, our therapists are here to help them move, play, and grow.

Pediatric Physical Therapy focuses on improving your child’s ability to move and function as independently and safely as possible. Through fun, movement-based activities, we work with children to develop gross motor skills, improve posture and balance, and support overall physical development.

Children may benefit from physical therapy if they:

  • Are late to sit, crawl, walk, or meet other motor milestones

  • Have trouble with coordination, balance, or strength

  • Experience frequent falls or seem clumsy

  • Have conditions such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, torticollis, spina bifida, or genetic disorders

  • Are recovering from injury, surgery, or prolonged hospital stays

At Kim4Kids, we believe movement should be fun and functional. That’s why our physical therapy sessions are play-based and designed around your child’s interests and goals. We create a supportive, encouraging environment that helps kids build confidence in their bodies—and enjoy the journey along the way.

We also work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to make sure gains in therapy translate to everyday success at home, school, and in the community.

Our pediatric physical therapists help children with:

  • Gross motor development (e.g., crawling, walking, jumping, running)

  • Balance and coordination

  • Strength and endurance

  • Postural alignment and core stability

  • Mobility and gait training

  • Use of assistive devices (walkers, orthotics, etc.)
