Pediatric Therapy Technician/ Office Assistant

Kim4Kids is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Therapy Tech to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working with children (e.g., childcare, coaching, volunteering).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Background check.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in therapy, education, or healthcare is a plus.
• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and sensory integration.
• Creative, patient, and adaptable personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists during therapy sessions by setting up and cleaning up materials and equipment.
• Support children during therapy activities under the supervision of therapists.
• Monitor and document children’s progress as directed by therapists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Communicate effectively with therapists, parents, and team members.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, greeting and checking in patients, and preparing materials, as needed.
